Refund Policy

 

Thank You for Choosing Innovate Harmony LLC as Your Business Partner!

This refund policy applies to all clients who have signed up for and paid for our services. Unless otherwise specified in this policy, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Innovate Harmony LLC reserves the right to decline refund requests if there is any suspicion of payment fraud or unethical behavior.

Eligibility for Refunds & Transfers

To qualify for a refund or balance transfer, the advertiser must:

  1. Provide accurate information about their products and services when submitting campaigns for approval, including but not limited to suspension history on a platform or with other agencies.
  2. Notify and obtain approval from Innovate Harmony LLC for any changes to the product, service, advertising content, or creatives prior to launching campaigns.
  3. Avoid using unapproved creatives, landing pages, or content that may violate Facebook Advertising Policies. A penalty of $50 will be deducted in such cases, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
  4. Adhere to all terms and policies set by the advertising platform.
  5. Deposit the full advertising budget and pay any associated fees prior to campaign launch.
  6. Comply with our Terms of Service.
  7. Have no history of payment disputes with Innovate Harmony LLC.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will consist of the remaining, unspent ad budget and will not include:

  • Ad credits or vouchers
  • Rental fees or agency fees
  • Taxes
  • Any other incurred costs

Payment Method

Refunds are issued ONLY to the original payment method used. If the original payment method is unavailable, the advertiser may be asked to provide additional information on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be rejected if the advertiser fails to comply with these requirements.

Processing Time

The refund process may take 5-20 business days, depending on the payment method used.
